New Crayons...

The kids and I made new crayons from our old broken ones.

Preheat the oven to 265 degrees.
Take all the paper off, put the broken crayons in an old cupcake pan.
We did have to break some of the crayons into smaller pieces-1/2" to 1" pieces worked really well. Bake for about 6-8 minutes, just enough to melt them.
After the crayons are melted, then put the pan in the freezer for 30-45 minutes so the crayons can harden up.
They should pop right out--be careful not to hit the pan too hard or your crayons may end up cracking in half.

This is what your floor looks like afterwards.

Next time we will use a mini cupcake pan. I feel like the regular-sized pan is just a little too big for the kids' hands right now.
